INDICATIONS AND USAGE

LuciAcor is a transthyretin stabilizer indicated for the treatment of the cardiomyopathy of wild-type or variant transthyretin-mediated amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) in adults to reduce cardiovascular death and cardiovascular related hospitalization.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

The recommended dosage of LuciAcor is 712 mg orally twice daily.

None

Storage

Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F), excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Protect from moisture.
